Over the course of a year, there are thousands of hardworking men and women who are hurt on the job. These injuries can range from minor issues to severe injuries requiring medical attention. When injured on the job, you have ability to file a workmen's compensation claim in order to receive compensation to help pay medical care bills related to the injury. Most types of work related injuries can be claimed through workmen's compensation.  It is in your best interest to consult a Physician with experience working through workmen's compensation cases. When To Return To Work
Your return to work will be determined on an individual basis by your physician.  Because all patients respond to pain treatment differently, it is difficult for your physician to determine a specific return to work date until the treated is started. There are many factors that we consider when authorizing a patient’s return to work including:

  • How well the individual responded to pain treatments
  • Assuring that the patient is not at risk for reinjuring/aggravating the injury
  • Long term treatment options

It is the goal of The Comprehensive Center for Pain Management to return our workmen's compensation patients to work as soon as medically possible. We understand the overall cost of having a worker off the job for an extended period. We diligently strive to balance the well being of the patient with the desire of the employer to have them back to health.
